So I'm hearing a squeaking type noise, from the rear of my car towards the exhaust. On cold starts you can hear it a bit then goes away almost immediately. Then while driving, if I start cruising around 2k RPMs you can hear it and doesn't stop until I either take my foot off the accelerator or accelerate harder. Upon accelerating again after the noise has stopped, it doesn't make the squeak. I have kooks longtube headers, stage 2 cam, fast 102, borla cat exhaust, varram CAI, ported heads. I'm almost positive it is the exhaust. This problem doesn't always occur and you can almost not even hear it with the exhaust drone. Not sure what the problem is here.
Sounds to me like you have a wheel bearing starting to fail. One quick test is to have a friend operate your vette, place your hand on the center hub while they slowly roll forward . If you feel a pulse or movement, your wheel bearing is bad.
If you determine it is not a wheel bearing, check the exhaust hangers.... they tend to come loose and if you have a filler plate ( like many of do ) will cause your pipes to rub against the plate
