Ac compressor change.....remove radiators too?
Ok, so I need to replace ac compressor. I am contemplating upgrading to a Dewitts /brushless fans soon anyway. ....I was hoping to do this upgrade at a later date (no cooling issues at this time ),but if the radiator /condenser/fans are removed, will it be possible to pull ac compressor out from the front vs. Dropping the cradle? We will already have the ac system clear (no freon) so it would be ok to detach the ac lines.....

You can remove the compressor out the front with the radiator installed. I've done it.
Removing radiator won't hurt though. It's a very tight fit and takes some effort. I'll post some pictures tomorrow. Remind me.

remove the radiator and compressor as one unit at the same time. Easy pull out.

Why would you remove the radiator and compressor as one unit?

I'm sure he meant condenser.

That makes a bit more sense
I don't remember pulling the radiator when I removed the compressor
