Thoughts this on cam and install package
Looking at doing this in the summer just want to get a feel if this a good price for a package like this

That seems close. It is usually a 8-10 hour job charged by a shop, where most shops are around 100 per hour. A cam and spring kit will be around 700-800. Then add on the extra goodies and maintenance parts.

The so-called high volume oil pump is NOT necessary on a LS3........the oem flows very well. It would only need to be replaced on an EXTREME build.
