Default Corvette c6 torque converter

Hey,
I have a 2011 C6 grand sport 6 speed auto with edelbrock supercharger on it.
Car is making 800hp on dynopack, I've been told that my gear won't last long and I should get aftermarket torque converter, question is - will replacing the torque converter help my gear to take the power without breaking? Or I need to build the gear?

What do you mean by "gear"? The rear end? The A6 rear end seems to stand up well, but adding a converter to it isn't going to lessen the stress on it. Although a higher stall will "soften" the impact from shifts somewhat, the higher stall torque ratio and launching at a higher RPM will put more stress on the rear end. Also, the added heat from the higher stall "slipping" more at lower RPMs will require a good auxiliary ATF cooler to keep the ATF temps below 200 degrees, which is where everyone seems to agree you should keep them for transmission longevity.
BTW: If you're making 800whp through an A6 with an Edelbrock, on a stock or even cammed LS3, that must be some kind of record, no matter what dyno you're on.
Please post more details about your car, exactly what modifications you have, what you use it for (daily driver, weekend cruiser, drag racing, etc.), and what you expect from the converter change, so that we can advise you better.

I mean by transmission, and it's a built motor not stock forgot to mention, I'm hoping that the torque converter will help the transmission and it won't break, but if I have too I'll build up the transmission

More power than the parts were designed to take, will usually result in breakage. A stock A6 can start having issues in the 500 WHP range. Torque converters have limitations too as well as flexplates, driveshafts, diffs, and axles. Of course, if you run a 245/40R18 GY RF on the back, nothing else matters.
