Ill admit upfront I'm a lay person when it comes to technical expertise. That said....I have stored the vette in an unheated environment over the winter. Upon starting the other day I went through and checked all "vitals" and saw my left rear tire reading 0lbs while the others read 32lbs. I checked the actual tire with a gauge and it read 30 lbs.
So what gives? faulty TPS? Is it actually 0 lbs and the run-flats are taking over?

I have had the same thing happen to me...try driving the car for about an hour and it may return; if not, the battery is dead and you will have to replace it. Good source will be Cultrag Performance.
Take some hard turns to get the sensors to talk to the car. If the pressure doesnt eventually show up you could have a bad tpms battery. Replacement requires removing the tire and replacing the sensor or having it "rebuilt" at the dealership
I have been burned by second party Amazon sellers and the OP will be getting Genuine OEM parts through Cultrag...
I just recently purchased a tire sensor from Amazon with no issues. Same Delco part # and a great price. Delco will use other suppliers to manufacture parts, but the parts have to been within Delco's specifications.
Yes, I prefer purchasing directly through Amazon and I always research any second party sellers.

Until you have checked, do not assume that the sensors are programmed to the correct location on the car. Check all four tires and make sure that one of them is not flat...runflats look the same whether they have air in them or not. If that is all OK, then it is likely that the sensor will come back to life after driving a few miles.
Mine all read zero when I took it out of storage. It was sitting in the garage since October and I had the car battery out for a day. Mine all read 0's as well. Check pressure with a gauge and if it's good. Take it for a drive. Tthey should start reading after a few miles. Mine are good to go now.
