Also the flashers off when I try to reconnect the battery.
I removed the a Supercharger (A&A kit) from it and when I went to try to start it nothing. So then I left unhooked and charged the battery then when I try again to reconnect
now it goes in to like the panic mode when you press the panic on the fob.
I had the same thing happen to me on my sons Honda when I charged it after the battery died. Just hooked it up and hit the "lock & unlock" buttons a couple of times and the honk stopped. No sure if the Vettes are the same or not. I didn't have this issue in my C6 when I changed the battery awhile back.
Make sure the battery is all the way up when you re-connect it...horn honking is a symptom of low system voltage. The battery may have been damaged in being fully discharged. You can pull the horn fuse temporarily but it needs to be put back before driving the car.
