Default Thinking about upgrading my Heads please help

Buddy of mine has a set of head that are 255cc intake runners and 64cc combustion chambers. Would that require me to replace the factory pistons? Any help would be greatly appreciated

No unless you have a cam that is fairly aggressive in my opinion. You may need to notch the pistons if that's the case.

Planning on doing heads and cam swap at the same time. Still stock cam currently.

Then the clearance most likely needs to be checked. Some aftermarket heads increase the clerance from the valve to piston due to their design.
