Broken Cam sensor bolt
I started torquing down the timing chain cover after an HB / chain cover replacement. Wouldn't you know idiot me torques the sensor bolt as well, thinking that I'm there and it's pretty loose still. So with the same setting on the Twrench 18ftlbs snaps the head of the bolt clean off.
Anyone ever successfully extracted a bolt or should I just bite the bullet, and buy a new crank bolt, timing chain cover and start over?

SUre you can successfully extract the bolt.
Just use a quality easy out & take your time drilling the broken bolt.
Drill in the center of the bolt and limit your depth. If the bit goes off center and you hit the threads you'll have made the job 110x harder.
