I installed one, only noticed response was better. It's noticeable in high gears at freeway speeds. It does more if you combine it with more mods like CAI, Headers, etc. On it's own, it's more of a feel good mod.

The guy that runs it is pretty sharp on this kind of stuff and has a lot of real world experience. He has ported TB and wedge ring things that go behind the TB when you have a 90 MM TB in a 102 MM hole.
