Transmission stalling
I have an 05 c6 and I recently flushed the transmission fluid because it started feeling like it was slipping. I followed all correct flush procedures refilling and also installing a B&M deep transmission pan. I went on a drive ant went about 70mph. Slipping transmission, it's a auto A4 custom built tranny with a 3600 stall. I went and bought a code reader and these are the codes.
U2106-00 /lost comm with Tcm
U2100-00 /can bus comm
C0561-71/system disabled info stored
0281-00/ dynamic rear prop
Does anyone have any suggestions, or ideas. I would greatly appreciate it.

I checked fluids and they are good. I have just the 2100, and 2106 doc codes now. I called the transmission shop and he said the codes aren't what he handles. Can anyone give me some help with these codes or where I can go for fixing this issue?

well everybody's been downing him, but if it was me I would try to get ahold of Chuck Cow. changed the filter too? o rings not pinched installed properly? I know I'm reaching but about all I can think of?

Battery corrosion
I removed my battery and I found lots of corrosion under it. I was wondering if there is anything in that area that would cause this issue? I also have a snow methanol pump in the front drivers fender panel. If there was something in that panel that became corroded would it cause this issue? I'm just thinking about any possible issue that may cause a corrosion issue being that methanol is highly corrosive and I have read that a bad ground could cause this issue. Just shooting in the dark. I did check plugs going to transmission, and I also checked the plugs next to the battery on the fire wall.
