Default Fuel pump whoa's

I replace my drivers side fuel pump (tu476) and about an hour into my road trip fuel gauge stop working and "serves fuel system" and something else came on, had about 3/4 of a tank left. Made it to my destination and flash a different tune in the car and boom fuel gauge started to work again .

Left the next day all was good and then fuel gauge stop reading . Then shortly after all hell break loose. Car die and won't stay running. I logged it to see what was happening and my injectors where reading 0ms and as where the 02's.

Codes:
p0171- lean bank 1
p0174- lean bank 2
p0300- random miss fire
p2066- fuel level sensor "b" performance
p2101- throttle body code
p2636- Fuel Transfer Pump Flow Insufficient

If I could get the car to start it would but would die shortly after

Got the car home and started to tear into it. I found that the driver side tank was "empty" (some fuel) compare to the passenger which IMO was "full" (9 gallons)

So whats bad that I need to replace?

Gas needs to go first from the passenger side to the drivers side in normal operation. The small tubes inside the crossover metal hose is how that happens.. If you have a leak internally, that process will not happen. I think I would be concerned about these lines, the connections and the O-rings at each end inside the crossover tube. The mounts can break or split open with out much force, so that is another concern. Also the connections at the fuel pump on the drivers side that deliver that fuel from the passenger side, need to be checked, I would think.

I know the lines that go from the crossover tube down into the tank to the fuel pump where connected at the top at the crossover because they got pulled out when I recently just pulled the tank after the road trip. Then at the other end of the lines where they connect to the fuel pump were fine.

how many o rings go in each little line? I remember their being 2 yellow ones one for each line
