I can't get anyone with Holley or TS to respond. Just from pics it looks like there is a reducer to fit to the stock hpipe or a 2.5" xpipe. Is that correct?

Thats what it looks like. They have a 2.5" reduction on the base systems and 3" for the z06/zr1 systems.
I ordered one a month ago. Ship date keeps getting pushed back. Sooner or later I'll have one. Current ship date is mid July. It was beginning of this week.

It is a 2-1/2" connection (Which fits base cars.) and goes to 3" pipes.

Would love a sound bite of the system on the vet (to make sure it does not sound like a trash truck), if it drones or not, But an digging the 4" tips at least.

I believe he is going for the muffler non NPP muffler system.
I have the non muffler kit and even it does not drone as bad as B&B bullets.
With the resonator design I can believe their no drone claim.

Drone all depends on overall setup. On a stock car sure, on a 800+hp car with long tubes, doubt it.

I wasn't talking about a 800 + HP car with headers, I would highly doubt as well.
