Default NPP with a blower

Is it possible to have functional NPP mufflers/ Dual mode exhaust, if your running a blower?

Works for me, Centri S/C.

Thanks guys I should have thought it thru a bit more before asking.
The cars all have boosters for the power brakes which are vacuum enabled DUH!
Turns out the vacuum supply to the NPP was disconnected
