MAF sensor
Had a CEL and code P0171 on my '05. Finally got up the nerve to remove the air filter assembly and look at the MAF sensor. The screen was off- color and dirty, so I cleaned it with the proper stuff, and reassembled. Disconnected the battery for awhile, and so far, no more CEL.

If I am not mistaken. ..the code you received is for a lean condition. Check injectors for seal leaks with a spray bottle of soapy water. bubbles and or engine hesitation indicate oring seal leak and that you are getting unmeasured air flow to the cylinder creating a lean condition.
