Default BPP Convertible Roll Bar - Question/Help!

Hi All,

Just checking to see if someone who has a BPP (Breathless Performance Products) Convertible Roll Bar installed could give me a couple quick measurements. My car is a 2011 with the narrow seat backs.

1. How much seat travel is lost at the base of the seat?
2. How much seat recline is lost (measuring from the seat to the deck lid)?

Thanks in advance!

-Matthew

You don't lose any travel of the base, but you do lose a little in the recline. I don't see how it is something I can really measure unless it was measured before and after. I actually modified the bar a little to gain back almost all of the recline.

Thanks for the info! Can you measure how close you can get the seatback to the deck lid? Even an estimate would help.

Thanks,
Matthew

Are you going racing w. them? If so, make sure the sanctioning body approves of this bar. Just a caution.

Tough to measure but right about 6 inches when measured as in photo. I modified the bars a little which gained me back between 1 and 2 inches.
