Default Installing new wheel housings

So my corvette was in a decent front end collision, and I purchased a new rh wheel house, rh fender, hood, rh headlight and bumper. I'm waiting on lord fusor 147 adhesive in order to reattached the right wheel housing to the frame.

My questions are:

1) Should I take the car to a frame shop to check and possibly fix any frame damage, i don't think there is any damage to the frame but if I attach the wheel house they can pull the frame if need be, correct?

2) What is the preferred order of operation install the new wheel house? Do I install the hood first, then epoxy the new wheel house to the frame?

Right now I have everything on the front end off and I have ground away the majority of the old epoxy to make way for the new epoxy. I say majority because i left a small amount in each factory area so that the spacing will be the same as before when I clamp it all down.

Well...here's an opinion.

I would have the frame measured at a shop as I read your post you imply this collision was "big".
And measured before installing the wheelhouse.
Seems to me that any frame straightening would be easier with the w/h not installed.

I have no comment for your second question about install order.

Good luck.
