Base wheels fit z06 temporary drive
So I had the unfortunate luck of hitting a piece of concrete on my way home from work doing 80 on the freeway. It bent the heck out of my wheel and blew my tire out. I have a set of base wheels and tires in the garage. I really don't want to get the car towed due to it being so low and having all the ground effects. Will the base wheels and tires get me by on the front to go about 5-10 miles home. Thanks for any help.

If the wheel and tire are throwaways but aren't disintegrating, you might try driving it slowly on surface streets. Otherwise flatbed it.

Good point about the brakes. I have a base with big brakes but have gumby wheels that clear them.........
