Anyone have experience in replacing the brake vacuum booster on a C6 (2011 GS)?
Do I need to disconnect the brake lines to the master cylinder or is there enough room to push it to the side to remove the vacuum booster? If not the reset looks quick and easy.
Our 2009 Z51 developed a leak from the master cylinder into the booster, both were replaced under warranty at the same time. But I didn't get to watch the work.
Not replaced one on C6 but most time you can move master cylinder forward enough.
I would recommend removing seat and laying down to remove brake pedal from M.C.
