Default Wiring gurus inside please *Injector no fire*

Ok, I'm a very mechanically inclined guy, but when it comes to electrical I'm about as proficient as Hilary is honest.

I just finished a ground up rebuild of my 2005 C6 M6. As I was warming it up for the first time, I noticed a misfire on my HP Tuners. It said my #5 injector wasn't firing. It was throwing a P0205 code. I also verified it with my stethoscope and a noid light. I decided to de-pin the connector just to make sure it wasn't a bad connector. It did the same thing.
I pulled out my GM service manuals, and can not for the life of me trace the circuitry. I have already double and triple checked the ground locations and well as all connectors.

I've got all necessary testing equipment including a TechII and Snap-On Solus. I just need some pointers. Does anyone know the routing of the #5 injector circuit from the fuse panel and PCM? Unfortunately I had a brain fart and ended up pulling off all of the intake and fuel system before hooking up my scanner. So before I put it all back together I want to check the physical circuitry first. I know it's backasswards but I work tonight and want to make the best use of my time.

It's also worth nothing that this was a running car before this happened. I'm just concerned I may have damaged the harness when I re-installed it.

Any help for this dunce of a public servant would be much appreciated!!

And since threads are useless without pictures, here are a few terrible shots of the car right after I got the engine back in.

Found it!!! It ended up being the pin in the PCM plug. It somehow got pushed back into the connector. I'm actually glad I had this issue though. I found two wires on the trans harness that had bare wires showing. They must have gotten cut when I married the body to the drivetrain.

Thanks for the flood of troubleshooting replys..
