Default 2006 C6 ZO6 Performance

I know there are many different opinions and approaches to making HP so I am just looking for advice and opinions here to go along with the route I have started. I have a 2006, C6, ZO6. I have added a Vararam Snake Charmer CAI and I have axle back Akrapovic exhaust already installed on the car. I just purchased an LSXr 102 intake. I am wondering if fuel injectors would be a worthy upgrade and if so which injectors would work the best with the set up I have. I am not really sure about injectors but some have used 60# injectors with the intake I am going to install. All thoughts are appreciated.
Thanks,
G

Hello,

Turn your Corvette into a FlexFuel vehicle, when running E85 you should see 8% more horsepower (40HP in your case).

Check out this company.

Default Thanks

Douglas or anyone who has an input. I see spark plugs on many different lists. So my question is can anyone recommend what the best spark plugs to run in a ZO6 would be?

You haven't changed anything yet (including the intake) that requires new spark plugs. Until you do a cam or blower, your stock plugs are just fine.

Injectors will be useless unless you get e85 then they become necessary. With what you have now I would also tack on a set of headers and orx pipe then maybe an underdrive pulley

A larger cam, although beneficial, is not needed.
There is a good amount of TQ and HP to be gained with that intake.

If a current 93 octane gas tune is optimized for that setup, gains will be nowhere near 40 HP. More realistically, 10 HP or so will be seen on E85.
