Default Section from '05 Service Manual

I'm missing the 'Control Module References' section from my electronic 2005 factory service manual. If anyone has an electronic copy they can share it will be much appreciated.

Thanks.

See if it's in here:

key in year, Make, Model, then > Service Manuals/ Bulletins > Vehicle Control systems > Computer Integrating Systems > Diagnostic Information and Procedures > Control Module References (near bottom).
