I have a 2005 that I bought used and it has a modified cam, but that is all I know about it. the check engine light started flashing a few weeks ago but would never set a code. From searching the forum I learned that this indicated a misfire, and with a scan tool I found that it was the #3 cylinder. I've changed the plugs and leads, cleaned and tested the fuel injectors, and swapped coil packs around and still #3 misfire.
So tonight I pulled the valve cover off and found the #3 exhaust spring is broken. Is there any way to tell if these are after market springs? What would the originals look like?
Thanks for any help.
