Gray Lock on MAF Plug

Gray Lock on MAF Plug
This might seem like a stupid question but how on earth do you remove the gray lock on the MAF sensor plug. I sure it is very simple but I don’t want to screw anything up figuring it out.

It slides out, parallel to direction the wires run
Also, they're like $0.20 to replace worst case, so nothing to worry about.
