replacing rear wheel bearing assemblys on 2008 LS3
How difficult is it to replace the bearing assembly's on the rear wheels of a 2008 C6? Dealer quoted me $300 labor with me furnishing the bearings.

Takes an hour or two to change
Basically just remove the axle nut, 3-4 bolts that hold the hub on and some other small stuff and it comes out.. not hard at all but you need some decent torx bits to get the bolts out. They are tight

The most difficulty I've had (and it was a lot) was popping out the tie rod. The second youtube video does it with a gentle tap in 5 seconds. I fought the first one for hours and eventually used a pickle fork and beat the crap out of it with a BFH. I greased it up real good and got lucky that it didn't ruin the rubber boot. Other than that, it's pretty easy.
Here's one, but breaking the axle nut loose is much easier when the car is still on the ground.

Same guy, but on the right side.

Melting Slicks
He didn't show how to get the lower bolt join nut off and that's the interesting part I use a pass thrue socket set to remove and install that nut sense it needs to be held with an Allen socket as you turn the nut and a wrench don't fit in there.

Harbor freight ball joint separator makes quick work of the 3 ball joints in the back and doesn't damage anything. I just leave the nut on the end so the too isn't pressing on the threaded part.
