I have not experience doing this job myself, but I would think that you should be able to with no problems, unless the rear bell housing looking part of the tube is to large to clear the body.
You'll probably have to drop the subframe/transmisssion or at least lower it to get the clearance you need to move the tube forward to separate it from the transmission with the way the tube is tucked up in the driveshaft tunnel. I've only done this from the perspective of a clutch replacement (engine in) so I could be mistaken, but I don't think the rear bell housing will detach like the front does.
