Never heard of them. Probably not worth the time or cost to install. Go ARH and never look back.
So I had to google them...they look like garbage. Collector isn't even a collector...just 4 primaries that slam into a 3" pipe. It says T304 stainless...but its probably cheap thin wall tubing.
OP, if you're looking for a good quality made in the USA LT header that's easy on the wallet....Check out JBA. You can find them in the mid $600's if you shop around...maybe less. If money is no concern, ARH.

Without claiming pro or con, by the time you add the X-pipe the cost is $520 on sale or $700 at the regular price. The price is about right for the method of construction.
All headers are made of thin wall tubing and most are 304 SS, so could you explain what "cheap thin wall tubing" means.

You're of the opinion that all LT's use the same gauge tubing?
If you're looking for some lower priced headers than have been proven to fit and make power look at Texas Speed or Hinson Headers. They are both vendors here and you can get both headers/midpipe for around $700-800. As mentioned before JBA is also a great alternative to the higher priced headers.
IMHO I'd even step-up to the OBX brand if I was really trying to stay cheap. That being said you're still better off saving up some extra money to getting a used set of quality headers.
I bought some similar headers off eBay from speed daddy paid $250 for the headers found the mid pipe for $134 and will need some fabrication to bolt up to the tail end pipe ..speed inc quoted me a price of $450 for the installation .. so under a grand for everything? From what I seen online it was hardly any difference between these headers and kooks except price.. so stay tuned we will see how it all plays out next week.

No. That wasn't what I asked. Just trying to understand what you meant by cheap thin wall tubing. Are you referring to a particular gauge or the quality of the material or were you simply voicing an opinion based on the finished product pricing?

Yes, exactly...my comment was towards the gauge of tubing used for the primaries. Maybe I'm wrong; anything is possible...but I would venture to guess that if we cut out a section of a primary on this no-name header, and compared it to a section from say an ARH or Kooks primary...the difference would be discernible. Nothing fatigues metal like heat, so how many heat cycles can the thinner material take before deteriorating? That's my line of thinking anyways.
