In some applications the intake manifold fits under a stock hood and some require an aftermarket hood on the Corvette. Most other applications (CTS-V, Camaro, CK trucks) fit with the stock hood.
No "hacking" or "cutting" of the vehicle is required.
We have test data from some of our own installs and engine dyno/chassis dyno testing and installations. Not sure if any of our customers with those manifolds are on this forum to post results for themselves.

This product was designed to fit the C6 Corvette (as well as other passenger car applications). On the C6 it requires a different hood (to clear the throttle body location):
Ignore the bracket above the throttle body - the one we used for this mock-up was from a another vehicle that had something else mounted in that location (that two bolt bracket doesn't normally exist on the intake).
For the Gen III/IV engines including the C6 fitments, no we only have two versions. One for the cathedral port heads and one for the rectangular port (LS3, LSA, LS9, L92...) heads.
For the Gen V engines we have made two versions - one with an intercooler brick the same size as used in the versions for the Gen III/IV engines. That product does not fit in a C7. We then made a version for the C7 with a smaller intercooler brick in order to fit it under the C7 hood. We have made over 1100 hp with the C7 manifold with very good post intercooler IAT temperatures and low pressure drops.

Will you provide some of this test data along with a list of any other modifications done to the test vehiclel?
