Rear spoiler downforce testing? has it been done?
I cant seem to find any REAL world data of Base coupe VS Z06 Vs zr1 spoiler downforce info. or even some of the crazy wicker bill spoilers...
has anyone seen any test info? how do they hold up at high speeds IE 180+ mph? at what MPH do they start providing downforce and how much?

I believe you're looking at peaches, pears, apples, and oranges here.
Even though GM has the data, each of those spoilers were the design that fit the requirements of not only the rest of the body aerodynamics, but the suspension and wheel/tire combination.
A ZR1 spoiler may produce X force at 180 on a ZR1, but may be X+Y when used on a base car and upset the remainder of the aero.
Too much downforce on the rear without equal front compensation would cause the front to lift.

Its not to their benefit to post numbers when half the other companies out there selling composite car parts rip off others designs... also every car is going to be different; the same spoiler on one car is not going to produce the same amount of downforce.
Any differences in the car's setup will affect the way the air is getting worked; ride height is a big factor regarding this, but everything on the car will have some sort of effect.
