Say stock bottom LS3 just bolt-ons headers ect.
boost is say 8 lbs and you stick a say around 228-236 600ish lift 114lsa cam in. Yes I know this isn't the best blower cam but just role play for a moment. how would this cam effect boost if nothing else changes. Would boost go up, stay the same or wont effect. I know no one came say for sure but I'm just asking a guest -a -mint of your opinionThis is with a supercharger.
Thanks guys
Anything that makes air flow easier will reduce "boost". Boost is just a measure of restriction. You're shoving air through the engine, it backs up, boost is that back pressure basically
Make air flow better, less back pressure, less "boost", same or more airflow.

^^^^^^^^^ This is an exact, concise answer to your question as to how a cam will effect boost.
If you're also asking for a guesstimate of what boost you would make with that cam in an LS3 with headers, which is currently making 8psi of boost with a stock cam, I would guess somewhere around 5-6 psi. But, it will still make more power (since I'm guessing, I would say maybe 50ish?) with that cam than the stock one at that lower boost. Then all you need to do is pulley down from there
