You can't program just one, you have to do the full program sequence each time. I suggest all you need to do is start over and make sure you get them all to acknowledge in the correct sequence.

Have you tried driving the car a bit to see if it picks up the signal from the TPMS? I recall that happened to me once too, when the battery died, and I had to drive the car a little bit until it saw the TPMS's again.
There's also a sensor tool that can be used to reset/reprogram them. I'm not sure if there's a way to do it without the tool and if so, what the procedure is.
I have the problem right now that the two right tires read as being the two front tires and the two left tires read as being the rear. These TPMS thingys can be a PITA.

Disconnect the battery for a minute or two to clear the memory. Reconnect and then start the sequence LF, RF, RR, and finish with LR. The reset method depends on the year of the car, but the sequence is always the same.

If the wheel didn't get spin balanced after replacing the TPS, you'll need to drive over 15 mph for 30 seconds (or something like that IIRC) to activate the new sensor. It's the centrifugal force that completes the internal battery circuit. You might want to do that before programming. Discount Tire will do resets free.

If all your TPMS are the same age, maybe you need to replace all 4 not just one, because they may also be weak.

If you can't get working correctly, and you deal with dealership, when I replaced mine, I drove it to my service writer, and he took it into the shop, never even got finish cup coffee they reset all tires at no charge.
