Yeah it's literally just unhook all the electrical connectors (squeeze connector and pull), then 4 10mm bolts that hold the rail to the intake. Remove those and it's just a matter of pulling the rail off. I would go around and twist each injector and rock them back and forth some to try to loosen them up so they come out easier. Injectors will come off with the rail
Then remove the clip on each injector and pull the injectors off the rail. The clips slide out..
Obviously you want to release fuel pressure first.. couple of ways to do it but I just pull the fuel pump fuse and start the car, run till it cuts off. Hit valve on schrader valve while holding a rag over it to make sure no pressure is left and you should be good to go
