Default ECU or Pcm reflash?

Hello everyone! I just got done installing a new air intake and long tube headers onto my A6 base. Now, as I expected, I have check engines codes for the upstream and downstream for the o2 sensors and the difference in flow through the catylitic converter. Does this get fixed by a PCM reflash? Or is there something else I have to get done? Thanks to anyone who responds.

Yes, a pcm/ecu flash will fix this.

As Unreal says, but it involves more then just disabling the codes.

You also need to get the car tuned because it may be running in a lean condition after the header install
