Default Possible to upgrade LS7 cam without pulling engine?

I'm a newbie at engine upgrades. I'm trying to do a lot of HW before I attempt such a thing. I'm planning to replace all the valve train components and the guides in the heads so it'll be solid for racing. Any recommendations on the valve hardware to use?

I'm planning to do a host of upgrades on the car, including removing the old radiators for upgrades. I'm wondering if I take off the front bumper, the hood, and the radiators and such, is there enough clearance to pull the old cam and install a new one without removing the engine from the chassis?

I'm looking to get LG Motorsports' Gigliotti cam kit - C6Z LS7 G7XE ( https://www.lgmotorsports.com/corvet...gigliotti.html ). Should I have a professional tuner remap the ECU afterward too?
