Can i put a LS3 or LS7 INTAKE MANIFOLD on a LS2 engine?

Nope. They each have unique intake port designs.

yes to ls3 intake manifold if you also change to ls3 cylinder heads

^ This. Do a search on the forum for LS3 top end. There have been plenty of people who have done it. Lots of opinions compared to ported LS2 stuff and there is lots to read.
