Tsb help
Hi I have a 2007 corvette with a p0420 code there is a tsb for the car the dealer wanted to charge me 125 for reflashing the ecu even though there is a tsb on the car. Am I getting ripped off i thought they were free. And also do shops do that work also?tsb (technical service bulletin)

The TSB only applies to the LS7. The cost you were quoted seems pretty normal since your car is out of the 8 yr/80,000 mile emission warranty period.
