Help is much easier if you fill out your profile and identify your car. Then when you ask questions, be more specific about the problem. In this case, knowing what year and model identifies the fob. How long you've had the car, if the problem is the passive or active entry, if this has been a random or occasional issue, recent battery problems, or anything else that might suggest a change, are just some of the information that leads to a quicker and more direct resolution.
