Good morning cf, I'm having trouble finding the part number for the ground wire connecting to the starter. Mine has broke from an obnoxious amount of heat from headers and supercharger in a confined space. Thanks
The part number for the battery cables (has positive lead that goes to starter, and a ground that goes just above the starter to the block) is 20835504 according to the parts diagram I like to use.
There's another cable that runs to the starter that has the fusible link that I'm looking for the part number for, but I don't believe there's an actual ground that goes to the starter itself.
Or just run a new one. I made my own out of pure copper 0g wire. Seems to work a lot better. Sleeved it with DEI heat sleeve.
Its all the little stuff like that, that people don't seem to appreciate or get on big builds. When I say nothing under the hood is stock, it even gets down to running new wires/etc.
If you were local I would give you my old ground wire, its just sitting in a box.
