Removing LS2 Engine in C6
Does anyone a link to a good write up with pictures on how to remove an LS2 motor on a C6 Corvette? I have a destroyed engine (threw a rod) and am going to replace with another used LS2 (same year). I am planing to do the work myself with an engine hoist and pull the motor out from the top.

You can pull them from the top in around 4-5 hours, to reinstall around the same time. If it is your first time doing so add another 6 hours. 
To get the top passenger torque tube/bell housing bolt out you are going to need a good variety of extensions, two swivels and some patience.
It really isn't too bad of a job.
