Vibration in gas pedal when accelerating hard
I bought my first Corvette a few weeks ago, an '07 C6 with 45k miles. The motor runs and cruises very smoothly but when I stomp on the gas I feel something like a pulsation in the pedal. Is this normal? There is no shortage of power.

Thanks CMY SIX. Maybe I feel it in more than just the pedal but it's only when I really get on it. The acceleration is incredible but it's not as smooth as it is during normal driving. Maybe it's because I've never driven a car with 400 HP before?

My bet is the active handling and traction control kicking in. It feels like the car is being "held back". It's actually keeping you from sliding around by gradually inputting power without losing traction. My guess is go to competitive driving mode and that will go away, but you'll hear your tires spinning.
