Installed some polyurethane engine mounts a week ago after discovering my passenger side mount was leaking fluid.
We followed the procedure for the PFADT bushings as that was the only ones I could find. Install went straight forward. Didn't need to remove headers we were able to drop the subframe by 1.5" and raise the engine by about the same.
After install and sporadically in the days following I'm getting a "service active handling" and a CEL active code for lean bank 1 and 2 and a shadow code for ecu failure to communicate with ABS module. Long term fuel trims are also out of whack (both banks around 23% even after a reset).
So I'm thinking did we break/damage a wiring harness and/or a vacuum line? Any suggestions on what I should check?
Sounds like you might have smashed a wire somewhere along the way
I assume you don't have logs showing what fuel trims and O2 sensors are doing?
That's what I'm thinking but no idea which wire. All I have access to is a Tech II tool, so I can see stft's and ltft's but not O2 (at least I don't think).
I also don't think that would he giving me the active handling message or the code for failure to communicate with ABS module.
It could be the wire harness that plugs onto your steering rack. When you dropped the cradle it may have gotten pulled or pinched somehow. It's the blue weatherpack plug visible in the photo below. It's hard to see with everything on the car though, because by its plugged into the top of the steering rack, and is kind of below/behind the ABS module. See if you can reach in check to see that it's connected and, if so, trace it to see if the heness is pinched or broken. That's the only thing I can think of.

Great suggestion, definitely did not remove that plug, or any plugs for that matter as the instructions didn't call for it prior to lifting motor and lowering the subframe. I will be sure to check.
Well my mechanic found the source of the vacuum leak and it was unrelated to the installation of the engine mounts. The Vararam Power Wedge TB Spacer I've had for a few years literally melted causing a good sized vacuum leak.
Still trying to chase down the communication codes. The wiring harness to the steering rack appears to be un-damaged.
