No. The TMPS sensors changed part numbers in '10. I just had to ship 8 of them back to Amazon for misinformation. Ask me how I know... - 2010 C6 GS.
Think of it this way, the '05 - '09 speak one language to the '05 - '09 BCM. The '10+ speak another language. The two languages do not mix and they cannot communicate.
