315/35/17 et street for the track ***pic request***
Anyone have photos on a base model? I found ONE of a guy with a silver vert that had them but it was hard to tell for sure. Anyone ever do this set up? Or is that tire too wide?

Yeah I k ow I should probably go with them. Do you have any pictures? I've seen a few photos and it looks goofy to me. Looks aren't everything, but I'd be driving with these on sometimes on the street and looks matter a bit...

315's on a narrow body hang out far enough that you need to be real careful if street driving. It doesn't take much of a bump to crack the quarter panel.
To take advantage of the width at the track, you have to run lower pressure than the 275's. If you have enough power to overcome the 275's, then you have enough to overcome the extra rolling resistance of the 315's after the launch. Otherwise it's a losing proposition.
As far as looks, you need to remember that there are no bonus points on a timeslip for appearance. Looking cool is when the win light is in your lane.

This is most likely the silver car you were referring too.
315's will not stick out if you have the proper wheel and backspacing.
