Intake insulation
Hi All, I just bought a carbon intake cover from Anderson Composites (replaces the factory foam-ish noise insulator). I haven't installed it yet, so I'm not sure how tightly it fits over the manifold, but if there's room do you think it's worth it to add some insulation matting between it and the manifold? I've seen that the under-manifold insulation makes a difference, but I don't know if adding it above would provide any benefit.
