Routine Maintenance


The AC belt has to be the most frustrating belt I've ever done on a car, and that includes Honda's stupid wing-nut tensioning method!
You get at the tensioner from under the car, but you really can't reach the belt from there.
You can route the belt from up top, but you can't get at the tensioner.
Would it have killed GM to have created some access holes in or around all the lines and coolers to make the job more simple?
By the way, doing the job in a 100% humidity, 90+ degree closed garage was not my brightest idea. I came >< this close to heat stroke.
