Brake Squeal HELP

I'm sure this horse has been beaten to death , but I'm adding my lumps as well!

I recently put the Z51 rotors on my 09 Coupe, powder coated the calipers, changed over the brake lines to the braided stainless steel, and installed AC Delco Ceramic pads. I bedded the pads once installed. They have been on for about three months now and squeal whenever the brakes are lightly applied. I've removed them and re-applied the anti-squeal lube to no avail. Do I need better quality pads since the rotors are cross drilled? I've never had this issue with any of my vehicles before. This squeal is really embarrassing when rolling up in traffic. Any help would be appreciated.

Did you do the bedding procedure after installing them? I've had the same set up on my 05 for 5 years and not a single bit of noise since.

I did bed them. I forgot to mention that.
