IIRC and without looking in the SM, it's the port to check the pressure.

If you have the service manual would you mind looking it up and verifying, and tell me if it's supposed to be completely closed and if so what the torque setting is?

Line pressure plug is correct.
The torque spec is 97 lb. in.
That's just a smidgen over 8 lb. ft. aka not very much.
