Default Window issues

I installed new battery it would not hold a charge and now it cranks but both windows will not go up or down and can not get out of car use manual release. Any ideas have not driven car yet thanks in advance for your help!

When the battery has been disconnected, both windows need to be re-indexed.

Close the door.

Raise the window by pulling up the switch.

Hold the up switch for three seconds after the window is closed. Release the switch.

Hold the up switch again for three seconds and release.

Tried that did not work, windows wont go up or down,seats, rear hatch, will not work at all. Car runs and it is a 2005. Going to drive and see if things reset. Drivers side is already down half way will not go up or down.

Could be a blown fuse, most of those are found behind the carpet at passenger side foot well. While you in the area, make sure that the big blue connectors are good, as these are to the BCM that controls all functions for the items your having problems with. Also double check any wiring near where the battery is as something might not be right.

Drove the car no changes, no windows, mirrors,seats driver and passenger,hatch release,fuel door, check both fob all ok, checked fuses non blown, just can not figure what is going on. Thanks for the help guys need to get these gremlins fixed!
