My new to me 05 Corvette has been saying SCL off and on since I got it in the last 6 weeks when I would start it. I discounted it to a low battery charge because I haven't been driving it very much. Today it would not start and I just heard some clicking and the battery was fully charged. Checked it with a voltmeter. I tried for about five minutes to get it to start and finally had to disconnect the battery like I've read here. That finally worked.
Well after I got it running I drove it for about 15 minutes and the SCL appeared on the display so I'm assuming it's time to put the bypass in now.
Any suggestions as to which CL bypass are welcome??
Thanks!

I had same problem with my 05. I used CL bypass from Corvette World Parts (Houston). Works great but I had to also replace the controller circuit board that the bypass plugs into. They are notorious for bad solder joints on the board itself
