Rear end

hey I have a 2005 automatic c6 and was about to mod it to about 600 to the wheel And I'm looking to get a rpm differential what else will I need for the rear end?

Lots of debate on that. Driveshaft shop has good one. I Have GForce. Some have had problems with them, but mine have been trouble free.

I would be one of those who had problems with GForce after not a lot of passes at the dragstrip. The Driveshaft Shop axles have been flawless however.

The 05's have thin wall differential cases and this is where they usually fail. GM realized this and changed it in 06. I have an 05 also and was putting down 700 hp with a 6speed and never experienced an issue with the differential. That's being said, the car has never been abused or drag raced.
Last fall I did install a Z06 tranny and diff, and added an additional 100 hp.
With the automatic tranny, I think your differential will survived.
