Default Swapping Manifolds-What Else to Replace/Clean/Mod? (LS2)

Hi Yall

Thanks for looking...

Im swapping my Intake Manifold.

I wanna mod anything else that I can while Im in there....

Im thinking about Replacing my Injectors or atleast cleaning them.

Im gonna polish the metal fuel rails or replace them

How about O Rings on the Injectors? Does it have them?

Any feedback is appreciated. Thanks

How many miles on the car? If you're over 50K, sending your injectors out for servicing (which should include new O rings) isn't a bad idea at all.

If you find oil in your intake/TB...get yourself a catch can. I recommend Mighty Mouse catch cans above all else.

I agree, how many miles, not much you can mod without putting on some parts,

I had my Intake Radical Ported and matching ported Throttle Body and picked up a Callaway Honker Intake, that's about all you can bolt on for increased performance.

You can do orings or Plug Wire Heat socks and maybe some MSD plug wires if you are going for Optics

Default Intake manifold.....

www.heatshieldproducts.com

Click on Automotive and use the search box to query I-M Shield. Go to item 135....... I-M Shield. It is self explanatory. A cooler intake charge means horsepower.
